H.I.I.T (Group Training)

High-intensity interval training (HIIT)Is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recover periods. Although you will be challenged daily the workout is built just for you. So you will feel confutable and won’t be rushed. HIIT workouts are perfect for reductions in the fat mass and perfect for muscle toning.
