Shrimp Alfredo made with pasta zero & asparagus.

•pasta zero bought from Walmart ( rinse really well, has no flavor so sauce & protein is very important).

Alfredo sauce:

•2 tbsp grass fed butter

( saute diced yellow onions)

•Stir in 1-1/2 tbsp. All purpose flour

•pour in about 1 cup unsweetened almond milk • add 2 tbsp of cheese ( I used Parmesan & cheddar) & seasonings (garlic powder, pink sea salt, dill, & cayenne pepper)
