As much as I love to cook, I just can’t commit to it everyday. We eat out about 3 days out the week. Pictured here is a shrimp salad topped with Queso cheese from Izzo’s. when eating out you should stick with veggies & lean protein. you can have 1/2 cup of carbs as long as you didn’t over indulged that day. Remember there’s nothing wrong with eating carbs, but if we eat more than what our body needs it will turn into fat, which sits mainly around our belly area.
